Flexible Millwork Shipping, Lead Times, Returns and Warranty Policies
- Shipping:UPS packages are in transit on business days only (Monday through Friday). For special UPS Saturday delivery, call Flexible Millwork customer service for a quote on the additional fee.
- UPS delivery times are guaranteed by UPS. These guarantees do not cover delays due to natural disasters or severe weather. We are not responsible for UPS delays due to natural disasters or severe weather.
- Canada customers: please call us for a custom quote on shipping costs.
- Lead Times: Standard lead times for manufactured, non-stock items are an estimated 3 to 5 business days in production plus time in transit for UPS ground. If your order is shipping via UPS ground, please see below for a UPS ground time-in-transit map:

- Customers that are East of the Mississippi river (and including Texas) usually order items from our North Carolina facility. Customers West of the Mississippi river (excluding Texas) usually order items from our Utah facility.
- Returns: Stock items are returnable if they are in re-sellable condition and are subject to a 30% re-stock fee.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from receipt of order.
- All returns must have a valid RMA #, please call us for this information.
- Any custom made flexible mouldings are non-returnable.
- Orders returned to Flexible Millwork due to a bad address will incur additional shipping charges to reship.
- If a returned order is cancelled and the material is a stock item, shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Warranty Information: Flexible Millwork, LLC warrants that for the “lifetime” ownership, the flex moulding is free from defects in material and workmanship.
- Lifetime” means as long as the original purchaser owns the structure to which our flexible moulding has been properly attached.
- Flexible Millwork will repair or replace at its option any flexible moulding that has failed as a result of our defective material and/or workmanship.
- This remedy is the purchaser’s exclusive remedy for breach of warranty here under.
- THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. At no time will Flexible Millwork, LLC be liable for more than the original purchase price of the moulding, nor will Flexible Millwork, LLC be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages based upon breach of warranty, breach of contract, loss of profits, loss of savings or revenue, loss of use, the claims of third parties and injury to property. Some states do not allow limits on warranties or on remedies for breach in certain transactions. In such states, the limits in this paragraph and the preceding paragraph may not apply. It shall remain the responsibility of the customer to insure that the moulding purchased is designed for their particular installation.
